Heute Morgen habe ich mich beim #Crossfit so richtig langgelegt.

Ich war hochmotiviert und wollte von etwas mehr Distanz auf eine Box springen, doch – ich muss etwas ablenkt gewesen und dann lag ich da – mit einem aufgeschürften Schienbein……

Warum erzähle ich dir das, was hat es mit Business oder Vertrieb zu tun ?

  1. Habe immer Focus – schalte alle Ablenkungen aus!

#stevejobs hat mal gesagt:

#Focus ist es nicht sich auf eine Sache zu konzentrieren, sondern zu allen anderen Dingen nein zu sagen.“ 2. #learning

Wenn du zum Beispiel bei der #Akquise Negative Gedanken hast. Mache kurz etwas anderes -kommt aus dem #NLP und heißt Separator. Einmal bewusst aus der Situation raus und kurz etwas anderes tun um einmal die Gedankenschleife zu beenden.

3. Visualisierung des Ziels – heute Morgen habe ich mir dann einfach vorgestellt höher und weiter als sonst auf die Box zu springen – es hat funktioniert ?

So wendest du es auch bei dir an – das visualisieren des Ziels, des Absoluten Endergebnisses – in allen Details
